Hadiah Yang Terbaik Untuk Tersayang....

Saya ingin bertanya adakah anda mempunyai polisi insurans iaitu :

1. Insurans Kemalangan Peribadi
2. Insurans Keluarga
3. Insurans Hayat
4. Insurans + Medical Card untuk membiayai bil rawatan hospital
5. Insurans Manfaat Perlindungan 36 Jenis penyakit kritikal
6. Insurans berlandaskan ciri2 islam iaitu TIADA unsur Riba’, Judi dan Was Was

Ingin mengaku “aku PASTI takkan sakit” ?

ii. Dana untuk membayar hutang sekiranya kematian datang sebelum sempat dilunaskan hutang.
iii.
ii.
Apakah pandangan anda terdapat insuran?
Wassalam.

Insurans ~ Sepatutnya dibeli ketika TIDAK memerlukan bukan beli ketika memerlukannya

Tetapi bila kereta tak da insuran cepat2 ambil insuran mungkin sebab nak ambik road tax, takut nt kena SAMAN.

Lebih sayang kereta dari TUBUH BADAN SENDIRI...
Setengah orang kedekut..
kalau tak kedekut,
mungkin tak paham,
beli kereta bayar RM 500 boleh,
RM 1500 pun takper, asal bergaya,
beli emas ribu - ribu sanggup,
tapi nak bayar 5% dari gaji bulan utk
kecemasan rasa mahal,
sedangkan benda ni wajib + penting,
dana kecemasan la katakan,

kalau ada RM150,000.00  :))
dalam bank hari ni takper,
tapi kalu ada kecemasan,
RM150,000.00 kena guna,
kene kumpul balik….berapa tahun nak kumpul 1otahun,20tahun...
kan ker baik kalau orang lain
bagi RM150,000.00 utk kecemasan,DUIT DALAM BANK TAK PAYAH NAK USIK ,BIAR DI MENIMBUN
Mahal? RM200 mahal?
RM 150 mahal gak ? RM 90 mahal lagi ????
senang cerita masuk suratkhbar minta bantuan...:(

~sharing is caring~ another angle to think about insurance

MORTGAGE PROTECTION
A house is more than just a "house," isn't it? If you've laughed in it, cried in it, and lived in it, it's a home—your home. If something should happen to you, will it remain with those who have shared it with you? A life insurance plan can assure that your home stays with your loved ones.

FAMILY INCOME
You have worked hard to bring your family's standard of living up to where it is. You shouldn't be willing to give that up—no matter what. They say"you can't take it with you," but earning capacity goes when you do! There is a way to guarantee that they will never have to sacrifice that standard of living, whether you are here or not. Life insurance.

EDUCATION FUNDS
Few things concern parents today more than helping their children get a college education. If costs continue to rise, a private university's annual cost exceeds $30,000! Money like that can be hard to come by. What can you do about it? Make sure your children have the same opportunities for education whether you live or die.

RETIREMENT RESOURCES
Thought about retiring lately? When you do, figure out how much money you'll have. Then think about a life insurance plan that will provide more. Retirement benefits such as Social Security are nice, but do you know how much you'll get? Pensions are a plus, but will they be enough? Supplemental income is usually necessary.

EMERGENCY FUNDS
The furnace breaks. The car goes on the blink. The roof leaks. Someone in the family becomes ill. Everyday occurrences in households all over the country. What do you do? Life insurance can help. The cash and loan values of a whole life policy are available to you when emergencies happen. Or even to provide cash for some other event.

FINAL EXPENSES
The unfortunate truth is that the last thing you'll do on this earth is create a debt that you won't be around to pay. Final expenses may include burial costs, unpaid bills, and excess hospital bills over health insurance payments. The emotional drain on your family should not be aggravated by concern about money. Not if you can help it. And you can.

LONG TERM CARE
The years ahead are precious, and you want to spend plenty of time with your children, your grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren. But financial burdens can create tension in the closest families. In fact, protecting families from economic hardship was why the Knights of Columbus was founded.

Eating the Right Food and Maintaining Good Eating Habits is Essential

How many times have you been on a business trip and just been too busy to have a proper lunch? With today’s fast-paced lifestyle, it is important to follow these essential guidelines to proper nutrition and good eating habits on the road.
  • When selecting meat, poultry, dry beans, and milk or milk products, make choices that are lean, low-fat or fat-free.

  • Eating the right food means consuming a sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables. Select from all five vegetable subgroups (dark green, orange, legumes, starchy vegetables and other vegetables) several times a week.

  • Consume three or more ounce-equivalents of whole-grain products per day. In general, at least half the grains should come from whole grains.

  • As part of your good eating habits during your travels, consume three cups per day of fat-free or low-fat milk or equivalent milk products.

  • Consume less than 10 percent of calories from saturated fatty acids and less than 300 mg/day of cholesterol, and keep trans-fatty acid consumption as low as possible.

  • Keep total fat intake between 20 to 35 percent of calories.

  • For those long trips, choose beverages with little added sugars or caloric sweeteners.

  • Most importantly, eating the right food on the road should not jeopardize your safety or that of other drives. Do not drive and eat at the same time, since you lose track of the type and quantities of food you are consuming as well as distracting you from your driving.
Remember that proper nutrition can make the difference between feeling great and feeling just okay—especially when traveling. Proper nutrition is easy to maintain, even on the road. In fact, all you need to do to ensure your health and well being is to follow the simple steps, outlined above.

Why we need Insurance ~sharing is caring~

Given the complicated and fast-changing world we live in today, we encounter many dangers and risks daily. Such vulnerability and openness to jeopardy make us easy prey for predators of all forms, be it financial, physical, etc. Because of this, we ought to find ways to reduce our exposure to risk. To do so, one good way would be to transfer risk to third parties. Here, to gain knowledge on how to transfer risk, please read on!

Today, with our society's complexity, one of the best ways to transfer risk would be through insurance. Many might think that insurance is expensive and a waste of money due to the high premiums paid. However, in contrary to their beliefs, insurance is in fact an important tool everyone ought to use as you basically only pay a tangible cost (money) to get intangible benefits (confidence, certainty, productivity, etc) and tangible claims (if something happens to you).

Here, you can spend 1 to get 2 rewards. Given this, wouldn't insurance be a good investment for you? In fact, I would deem it as a vital investment everyone must have because we are our single most important asset and thus we must protect ourselves well.

In addition, the more assets and money we have, the more insurance we need to protect ourselves from the risk of loss. Here, not buying insurance would be contradictory because when you have more things, the more you will have to lose.

Because of this, having insurance would play a very big role in mitigating your risks. This is because insurance transfers our risk to companies which are more efficient to manage it, thus reducing fear that we do not have enough assets to cover our losses.

As a result, we gain more space to think abundantly, allowing ourselves to be creative and productive. With increased innovation and efficiency, we will create more value and impact the world more profoundly, generating more wealth and benefits for ourselves.

Here, I find a quote from John Ruskin most useful for our need to constantly reduce risk. He said that there is scarcely anything in the world that some man cannot make a little worse and sell at little more cheaply. The person who buys on price alone is this man's lawful prey.

Hence, in conclusion, after enriching yourself with knowledge about transferring risk, I believe readers can now make a choice on whether they want to be a prey for risks. To escape from being the target of risk, you have to divert risk away from you and minimize it. I believe you already know how to do it. Now, take action!

The 6 Most Unhealthy Foods You Should Avoid at All Costs

Some people swear by the mantra "everything in moderation," but the truth is, some foods, no matter how good they taste, are better off left alone.

If you need a little motivation to stay away from these most unhealthy foods, consider that four of the 10 leading causes of death in the United States are related to diet (diabetes, heart disease, cancer and stroke). And if you're looking to improve yours, cutting back on these six foods is a great place to start.

1. Soda.
An average can of soda has 10 teaspoons of sugar, 150 calories, 30 to 55 mg of caffeine, artificial food colors and sulphites. Diet sodas have the even-more-unhealthy artificial sweeteners. A major part of the problem is that sodas have become a staple in many people's diets. A study in the journal Pediatrics found that 56 percent to 85 percent of children consume at least one soft drink a day, and 20 percent of adolescent males drink four or more sodas a day.

"Parents and health officials need to recognize soft drinks for what they are -- liquid candy -- and do everything they can to return those beverages to their former role as an occasional treat," says the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), a U.S. consumer group. In fact, CSPI has recently petitioned the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) calling for cigarette-style warnings on soft drinks to warn people of their potential health risks (weight gain, diabetes, tooth decay and more).

You knew it was coming ... French fries contain at least two types of cancer-causing compounds.
2. Potato chips and French fries.
These popular snack foods contain acrylamide, a known carcinogen and neurotoxin that is formed when foods are baked or fried at high temperatures. "I estimate that acrylamide causes several thousand cancers per year in Americans," said Clark University research professor Dale Hattis.

When CSPI conducted tests on some popular brands of French fries and chips, they found that the acrylamide in a large order of fast food fries was at least 300 times the amount allowed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in a glass of water.

"There has long been reason for Americans to eat less greasy French fries and snack chips," said CSPI executive director Michael F. Jacobson. "Acrylamide is yet another reason to eat less of those foods."
An Up-and-Coming Absolute Worst Food ... Don't Try This at Home
twinkieThis one wasn't popular enough to make the top-six list yet, but it's growing in popularity ... and growing fast. The deep-fried Twinkie, first invented in a Brooklyn restaurant by brothers Clint and Rocky Mullen, is making its rounds to country fairs and carnivals around the country.
Here's how they're made:
  • Twinkies are chilled, rolled in flour, dipped in tempura batter and fried for a minute or two.
  • The frying process melts the cream center, which becomes infused throughout the cake, giving it a pudding-like texture.
  • For the finale, they're sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with chocolate or berry sauce.
healthy foods cookbookIf you're not into Twinkies, don't despair. The Mullen brothers also sell deep-fried candy bars--Snickers, 3 Musketeers and Milky Way--to suit even the most discerning tastes.
For replacing the other “unhealthy stuff” with some GREAT Tasty truly healthy, natural meals, try the quick and delicious recipes in “Alive in 5”: Easy, Fast Raw Gourmet Meals and Snacks in Five Minutes… or less!
But that's not all. These foods also contain trans fats, the artery-clogging fat that's been linked to raising bad cholesterol (and lowering the good kind), and increasing the risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke and cancer.

Doughnuts: A somehow tasty concoction of refined sugar, flour, trans fats and artificial flavors with zero nutritional value.
3. Doughnuts.
Tasty, yes. But break a doughnut down and you'll find nothing more than refined sugar and flour, artificial flavors and partially hydrogenated oil that's loaded with trans fats. They have no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

"When it comes to health, the only thing good about them is the hole," said Carla Wolper, nutritionist at the New York Obesity Research Center.

4. Coffee Cake and Other Baked Goods.
This category actually includes all varieties of baked goods, including packaged cake and biscuit mixes. What makes these foods so bad is that they almost always contain high amounts of trans fats and a host of other unsavory additives including corn syrup, preservatives and artificial flavors and colors. In fact, commercial baked goods typically contain more trans fats than any other food because not only are they often made with hydrogenated oils, they're fried in them too.

If you're not ready to give up your morning treat just yet, opt for baked goods from your local bakery (which is less likely to use hydrogenated oil for a long shelf-life and is likely to use butter instead of margarine, which typically contains trans fat) or make them yourself.
A hot dog now and then can be reasonably healthy if you seek out a nitrite/nitrate-free variety.

5. Luncheon Meats/Hot Dogs.
Processed meats like these (and others including sausages, bacon, pepperoni and other processed meats) contain a carcinogenic precursor ingredient known as sodium nitrite (sodium nitrate is closely related).
"Sodium nitrite is a dangerous, cancer-causing ingredient that has no place in the human food supply," says nutritionist Mike Adams, author of the Grocery Warning Manual.

And, according to a University of Hawaii study that followed nearly 200,000 people for seven years, people who consumed the most processed meats (hot dogs and sausage) showed a 67 percent increased risk of pancreatic cancer over those who consumed little or no meat products.

Here's some good news: you can find various varieties of nitrite/nitrate-free meats in any health food store.

6. Canned Soup.
Here we're talking about the traditional, canned soups you find in your grocery store. This may come as a surprise, but most canned (and packaged) soups have high levels of trans fats, sodium and artificial preservatives like MSG. Just one cup of canned soup can have almost 1,000 milligrams of salt (and most people eat more than one cup), which is tons considering dietary guidelines recommend consuming no more than 2,400 milligrams for the entire day.

There are healthy options out there, particularly natural, organic brands, but be sure to read the label. The alternative is, of course, to make your own homemade variety.

A Simple 5 Reason Why Saving in Insurance is Compulsory

Doesn't it just conjure up some insurance salesman knocking on your door trying to sell you a policy that covers you for accidents only, for a small amount and costs you the earth? No? It doesn't too me either because those days are long gone!

I prefer to call it "Life Assurance" anyway, because it is assuring you that your life is covered in the event of death and that what your life is insured for, will be paid out to your estate or policy owner.

But how many of you actually have this cover in place? I know of lots of my friends, who are in their 20's and 30's who don't have the cover because:
1) they don't know anything about (lack of education) and
2) they don't think they need it and see it as an extra cost.

How little they know... like anything, the earlier you start, the cheaper it is...

Following are 5 important reasons why YOU should have life assurance and why those around you too should saving and/or invest in this:

Reason 1
Hello? Do you have any bills, like maybe a mortgage?? This alone is a pertinent reason to have life assurance... it means that should you die, this major bill will be paid off and not left to your survivors to deal with!

Reason 2
Young, fit and healthy? No ailments? Then this is the best time to get life assurance! Your premium will be small and if you take out a policy that allows you to keep the same premium until the age of 65, you will have considerable savings... the earlier you start, the better. And then if you develop any health issues throughout your life, it doesn't matter, because you already have the cover in place!

Reason 3
Are you married? Do you care about your spouse? Then is it not thoughtful to make sure that your spouse does not have to worry about money should you pass before they do and vice versa? I know a couple who cancelled their life insurance and then 6 months later he was diagnosed as having stomach cancer, and died 18 months later... leaving behind a wife and two children still at home and a mortgage... and no monetry relief for his family. Is this what you want to put your partner through?

Reason 4
Want to leave a legacy for your future grand children? What better way then ensuring your estate will actually have some legacy to pass on! You can elect in your will to have the proceeds of your life assurance paid directly to your estate and then as per your will, divy up the proceeds.

Reason 5
Peace of mind... yours that is. If you can't afford health insurance or any other insurance, you can afford life insurance... and should you develop a terminal disease... your life insurance will pay out a lump sum upon confirmation of this, allowing you to fulfil any dreams you have not achieved or to get your affairs in order.

There are many more reasons I could go into here, but you get the gist... just like you wouldn't risk not having your car insured or your house or contents... how can you not insure your number one asset... yourself?

There are plenty of fantastic financial advisers out there. If you don't have one, a great place to start is asking your friends... just make sure you read through any quotes you receive etc and make sure you understand just what you are being covered for.
